Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products. We reserve the right to change prices. The subscriber must be of legal age, 18 years or older. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms of delivery, product prices and delivery charges. When placing an order, you agree to be bound by the current terms of delivery, which apply to all products delivered from this online store. These terms and conditions shall apply unless we agree otherwise with you.

How to place an order

All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, the delivery costs and the products ordered. As a rule, the delivery area is Finland. It is possible to agree with the customer on delivery abroad.

I print 3D prints to order, they are not in stock. For this reason, there is a 1-3 day delay in processing your order.

The colours and shades of product images may vary on computer screens, especially for products with a purple tint. Product description is an ongoing process, and I try to make the texts as descriptive as possible. If you notice any omissions or errors, you can send me a message and I will correct the information.

Payment methods

Paytrail:

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is licensed as a payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Delivery and delivery costs

I pack and post orders every day. Delivery time varies from 1-3 business days depending on the product ordered. Delivery costs are determined according to the Post Office’s current price list, according to the cheapest method. Small products will be delivered by letter to your home address, larger products by parcel. Small deliveries can also be ordered as a parcel, in which case the customer will receive a tracking code.

Return to

Certain products are non-returnable (personal protection products and custom-made products). Returns must always be agreed in advance by sending an email to info@johannas3d.fi .

All our consumer customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for all distance selling products. We will always refund the purchase amount of the returned product under the conditions set out below.

The right of return applies only to unused products, which must be returned in a saleable condition in undamaged sales packaging. The merchantability will be checked on receipt of the return, please note this when sending the returned product. If the returned product has been used or the sales packaging has been damaged, the seller has the right to charge a discount on the returned purchase price up to the full price of the product.

The consumer must return the product without delay, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 days of receiving the goods. If necessary, the consumer must be able to prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit. The costs of returning the goods are always borne by the person returning them. We are only responsible for the cost of the return if the product was faulty or incorrect when purchased.

When you return the product, you must include your name and contact details and your account number for a refund. This information must match the information of the person who ordered the product, we can only refund the money to the account of the person who paid for the product. Once the return has been received and checked and found to be in accordance with the return conditions, we will refund the money you paid for the product without delay. Please check the accuracy and legibility of the return details you provide before returning the product.

Please note that failure to collect your order, from Posti or Matkahuolto, does not constitute a refund or cancellation. If a shipment is returned to us after the customer has forgotten to pick up the order at the Post Office or Matkahuolto, or the customer has not been contacted using the information provided (Terms of Use – Information provided by the customer), we may resend the order. The shipping costs of the reshipment will be charged to the customer before the reshipment.

The right of return does not apply to special orders tailored just for you.

Failure to pick up your order is not a refund

A parcel returned from the place of business, not collected by the customer and for which no return notification has been made, is not a return. We incur significant costs for unclaimed parcels. By law (1211/2013), we reserve the right to deduct the return costs from the amount refunded to the customer.

Incorrect address information or wrong phone number

Shipments returned due to incorrect address information or incorrect telephone number provided by the customer in connection with their order do not qualify for a free return. Please check carefully the information you provided at the time of ordering to ensure that the order arrives; the address information and, especially in the case of parcel deliveries, the telephone number you provided. A clerical error is an error if it causes the shipment to be returned to the sender.

Was the product you received wrong or damaged?

If the product that came with your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please notify us immediately by emailing info@johannas3d.fi.

If the package is damaged in transit and products are missing/damaged, make a claim immediately to the package supplier and inform us, preferably immediately upon collection/receipt of the package. You will receive final compensation for the product damaged in transit from the carrier of the package, i.e. Posti or Matkahuolto. Our liability for a defective product is limited to a maximum of the purchase price paid by the customer for the product.

These terms of delivery are valid from 1.11.2024.
