APPLICATION OF THE TERMS OF USE

The e-commerce service provided by Johannas3D (business ID 1785091-7, hereinafter “Service Provider”) (hereinafter “E-commerce Service”). The Service allows users (the “Customer”) to purchase products or services offered by the online shop. Use of the e-commerce service is subject to the Customer’s agreement to comply with these Terms of Use. Use of some sections may also require registration with the E-Commerce Service. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

EVENTS

Our website uses cookies to help make the site even more user-friendly. The purpose of cookies is to facilitate, improve and speed up your browsing experience. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER

The Customer shall provide the Service Provider with up-to-date information necessary for the provision of the E-Commerce Service, as requested by the Service Provider. The Customer declares that he has provided correct and up-to-date information. The Customer shall be liable for any errors or delays caused by the fact that the information provided by the Customer is incorrect, incomplete or out of date.

FORMATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT

The purchase order placed by the Customer through the E-Commerce Service is binding. The contract for the product or service is concluded between the Service Provider and the Customer at the moment the order is placed and paid in full on the e-commerce service. The provisions on distance selling within the meaning of Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act concerning sales to a Customer who is in a consumer status can be found at: http://www.finlex.fi/fi/laki/ajantasa/1978/19780038. The Consumer-Customer’s right to withdraw from the transaction is subject to the provisions of that law.

USE OF THE E-COMMERCE SERVICE

In principle, the e-commerce service is available twenty-four (24) hours a day. However, the Service Provider has the right to temporarily take the Online Shop Service or part of it out of operation for maintenance, installation, modification, public order and safety, excessive load on the system or other similar reasons. The Service Provider shall have the right to add, modify and remove parts of the E-Commerce Service and to terminate the operation of the E-Commerce Service in whole or in part. All rights, including copyrights, in the E-Commerce Service are owned by the Service Provider or its affiliates. The Customer shall not be entitled to record, publicly display, transmit, retransmit or use the E-Commerce Service or any part of the content received by or through the E-Commerce Service except to the extent permitted by these Terms of Use and the Copyright Act.. The Customer shall not use the E-Commerce Service in violation of the copyright or other rights of the Service Provider or any third party. The Customer may share offers relating to individual products or services contained in the E-Commerce Service on social media or by e-mail as a private person, but otherwise making the content or part of the content of the E-Commerce Service available to the public by dissemination, display or public performance, or storing or making copies of the content or part of the content without the prior written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited. The Customer shall not be entitled to create another work or another service from the E-Commerce Service or any part thereof.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Service Provider does not warrant that the E-Commerce Service will be uninterrupted and/or error-free. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer due to the use of incorrect, incomplete or ambiguous information on the E-Commerce Service. Furthermore, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Customer or third parties by the use of the E-Commerce Service or by malfunctions, technical faults, malicious software, links or interruptions therein. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delay or damage caused by an obstacle beyond its control, which it could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account at the time of the conclusion of the contract and the consequences of which it could not reasonably have avoided or overcome. A strike, lockout, boycott or other industrial action shall be regarded as force majeure even if the party to the contract is itself the object of or a party to it.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

The E-commerce Service and its Terms of Use are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes concerning the use of the e-commerce service shall be resolved primarily through amicable negotiations. If no amicable settlement can be reached, the disputes will be settled by the district court of the place of residence of the Online Shop.

CHANGES

The provider of this e-commerce service is entitled to unilaterally modify the content and operation of the e-commerce service and these Terms of Use in order to improve the service and/or for any other necessary reason. In the event of changes to the E-Commerce Service or the Terms of Use due to changes in legislation, exchange rates, taxes and other official regulations, as well as unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the Service Provider, the changes will take effect immediately and their effect on the users of the E-Commerce Service will be communicated on these pages, as appropriate.

OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Customer undertakes to comply with any instructions issued separately by the Service Provider or arising in connection with the E-Commerce Service relating to the use or supply of the E-Commerce Service by the Service Provider or its contractual partner. The terms of use in force from time to time are available on the Service Provider’s website. When purchasing a product or service offered by the Service Provider on the E-Commerce Service, the Customer undertakes to comply with the Service Provider’s terms and conditions of order and delivery in force from time to time.

VALIDITY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are valid until further notice.
