Kirsikankukkaleikkuri leimasinosalla

Kirsikankukka, sakura… Kaunis kukka, monenlaiseen käyttöön. Leikkurissa on kiinteänä leimasinosa, jolla kukasta tulee elävämmän näköinen.

 

It is a good idea to use, for example, cling film or potato flour in between, so that the clay sheet does not stick to the cutter. Size 1 is used in the pictures.

 

Cutter sizes measured from the inside, height:

1: 15 mm

2: 20 mm

3: 25 mm

4: 30 mm

5: 35 mm

6: 40 mm

7: 45 mm

8: 50 mm

 

Kuvio on noin 1mm syvemmällä, joten parhaan tuloksen saat vähintään 2,5mm paksulla askartelumassalla.

 

The cutter needs a little more pressure than a metal cutter. The cutting edges will be sharp and precise. You can also use cling film or a piece of plastic bag in between the cutter and the polymer clay, if you want rounder edges.

The polymer clay cutters are printed in Finland, from plant-based, biodegradable plastic. The cutter must not be heated or put in the oven. The cutter starts to soften at around 60 degrees Celsius.

Clean the cutter after use, wipe off any visible clay.
