When wrapping presents, remember to look for scissors, tape, packing tape and of course gift wrap paper. You need to know how to look for the right size piece of the roll and then cut it as straight as possible. With sharp scissors you can cut the paper by pushing the scissors, but all too often the paper tears at the wrong point.
With the cutter, you can easily cut a suitable strip from even a long roll. The cutter stays in place around the wrapping paper, so the roll stays together during storage. If you need to cut a shorter roll, just roll the other end into the cutter and slip the cutter into the new roll and *ziuh* !
The blade of the gift paper cutter is very sharp. The blade is glued in place, so don't try to force it out.
